Yes, Merchant can proceed for registration by self-service in ProppyApp by clicking on “Be A Merchant” button on Account > My Business.
Select “Be A Merchant” --> Read the Merchant Agreement --> Select on Agree on the Merchant Agreement --> Select "Start My Business".
