If you are currently paying less than the amount shown in the report, you will need to address this issue with the bank.
If you are currently paying more than the amount shown in the report, congratulations! You may be able to pay off your mortgage early. However, please check with your bank to confirm whether your extra repayment amount is paying off your principal or is being held in the advance payment account.
