What is the difference between an endorsement, a review, and a rating?

In ProppyApp:

• Endorsement: Acknowledges a user’s achievements, contributions, or the quality of their services or products. It can be given by other ProppyApp users and is not tied to a transaction.

• Review: A detailed evaluation that is posted after completing an order with a merchant. Reviews provide feedback based on the user’s experience.

• Rating: A numerical or star-based assessment given after an order is completed, reflecting the overall satisfaction with the merchant’s service or product.

Note: Endorsements can be given by any ProppyApp user, while reviews and ratings are linked to completed transactions or orders with merchants.
