If an agent experiences some errors while registering on ProppyApp with their REN tags, how would this be resolved?

ProppyApp's will have their customer service on-hand to assist Agents to troubleshoot the error by verifying their names, REN tags, mobile phones to ensure they can complete the registration with ProppyApp.
