How do I know if my business profile is activated in Proffis?

To verify the activation status of your business profile, follow these steps:

1.Log in to Proffis – Use your ProppyApp® credentials to sign in.
2.Navigate to Market360 – Open the Market360 section from your Proffis dashboard.
3.Check Profile Status – If your profile is marked as "Published," your business is visible and searchable on ProppyApp.
4.Look for the "Unpublished" Button – If this button is displayed, your profile is not yet visible. Select it, and a confirmation message will appear asking, "Confirm publishing the business?" Click "Yes" to proceed and make your profile public.

Once published, you can manage your shop details, product listings, and access other Market360 features. If you require assistance, please contact customer support.
