After I successfully installed the Proffis app, why am I unable to see any merchant icons?

If you are using the Proffis app for the first time, you need to activate the Merchant features using the following steps:

 

  1. Log in to Proffis
  2. Select "Activation"
  3. Select the "Merchant" button
  4. Select the "Activate" button

 

Note: Once activated, the Merchant module will appear on the Proffis landing page.
