How to set up your products in Proffis:

1. Log in to the Proffis Dashboard using the same credentials as your ProppyApp® account.

2. Select your preferred business and open the Inventory module under Quick Access.

3. Create product categories first:

• Go to Category Setup → Category +.
• Enter a category name (e.g. Beverages or Electronics).
• Toggle on Sub-category if you would like to create one.
• Click Update Item to save the category.

4. Add products or services in Product Setup:

• Go to Inventory → Product Setup → Product +.
• Select the product type: Goods without SKU, Goods with Variants (SKU), or Service.
• Fill in the required details, including assigning the relevant category.
• Click Next, then confirm by selecting Yes.

✅ Once added, your products will appear in your merchant storefront on ProppyApp®.
