How to upload a Shop Banner in Proffis:

1. Log in to your Proffis account and open the Business Dashboard.
2. Click the Basic Information icon next to the Company Name.
3. On the Basic Information page, you’ll see two images: your Shop Banner and Profile Picture.
4. Click Edit on the Shop Banner and upload up to 5 banner images from your device (ensure they meet the required format and size).
5. Adjust or crop the image if needed, then click "Next" to confirm your uploaded banner.

Shop Banner Size & Format Requirements:
•Recommended Dimensions: 1200 x 600 pixels for optimal display.
•Aspect Ratio: 1:1 to prevent unwanted cropping.
•File Size: Maximum of 2MB for faster loading.
•Supported Formats: JPEG/PNG (static images only).
•Maximum Uploads: Up to 5 banners allowed.
For best results, use a clean, visually appealing image that effectively represents your store or brand.
