How do I delete a category I no longer need in Proffis?

You can delete a category in Proffis if it is no longer required by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Proffis Dashboard using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Inventory → Category Setup.
  3. From the category list, click the “X” icon to remove the category.

⚠️ Note: Categories that are already assigned to products cannot be deleted. You must first reassign the products to another category or remove the existing category assignment.
